Day 1 – Arrival in Marrakech

Welcome to Morocco! Arrive in Marrakech and transfer to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy some free time to explore the medina, discover the colourful souks and experience the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fnaa square.

Day 2 – Explore Marrakech

Discover the history and culture of Marrakech. Explore the old medina, traditional souks, historic palaces and beautiful gardens. Learn about local traditions, taste Moroccan food and enjoy free time to experience the city’s unique atmosphere.

Day 3 – Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate

Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Visit the famous Ait Benhaddou kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the desert.

Day 2 – Explore Marrakech

Travel through southern Morocco’s dramatic landscapes, discover traditional kasbahs and the Valley of Roses, and admire the impressive rock formations of the Dades Valley.

Day 5 – Dades Valley to Merzouga

Day 3 – Explore Marrakech

Visit the spectacular Todra Gorge before travelling towards the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a camel ride across the golden dunes, watch the sunset and spend the night at a desert camp beneath the stars.

Day 6 – Merzouga to Draa Valley

Wake up early to admire the desert sunrise. Continue through traditional villages, palm groves and changing landscapes towards the beautiful Draa Valley.

Day 7 – Draa Valley to Taroudant

Discover southern Morocco’s traditional villages and landscapes before reaching Taroudant, a historic town famous for its impressive city walls, lively souks and authentic atmosphere.

Day 8 – Taroudant to Essaouira

Travel towards the Atlantic coast and discover Essaouira, a charming seaside town known for its historic medina, fishing harbour, blue boats and relaxed atmosphere.

Day 9 – Essaouira to Marrakech

Enjoy a free morning in Essaouira before returning to Marrakech. Spend your final evening exploring the medina, shopping for souvenirs or enjoying a traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day 10 – Departure from Marrakech

Enjoy breakfast and, depending on your flight schedule, some final free time before your transfer to the airport. Take home wonderful memories of Morocco.
